Christi Silbaugh is the author of Gluten-Free Made Easy, Gourmet Cooking for two, and writes for numerous media outlets like Activewear USA Magazine, Glam Media, Federated Media, and many more. Sharing recipes, yoga tips, and her personal journey, her popular blog Mom What’s for Dinner? has over 2.5 million readers and for couples, her playful romance food blog Gourmet Cooking for two can give you spicy tips for the kitchen. After surviving cancer, her love of food married her passion for being healthy. Receiving her 200 hour yoga one teacher Certification in 2014; Christi’s mission is to help heal the world through conscious healthy eating and moving the body. Her goal is to bring yoga to bring free recovery yoga to past and present cancer patients.

About Taylor:

Taylor Ann grew up in a small town in Oregon and moved to San Diego when she was in Highschool. Grew up playing Basketball as well as guitar and singing. Taylor is now in an internship for her incredible church C3 San Diego, as a youth leader over all the beautiful junior high girls. She started yoga after her mother (author of this book) was diagnosed with cancer and the doctors prescribed her yoga to help her get back on her feet. Out of support for her, she went to a yoga class with her where Heather Foat was teaching that morning. Taylor completely fell in love with the beauty, healing and power that it gave her, being able to quiet her mind to actually listen to that still small voice that her pastors always spoke of but that she struggled so hard to hear.
